How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany and Austria takes 2–4 working days with DHL. Orders to the rest of the EU take 3–7 days, and international orders with FedEx take approximately 5–10 days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping on orders over €100 are free. For orders under €100, shipping costs between €4.99 and €13.99, and international shipping costs €19.99.
How does the return process work?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the withdrawal form and send the goods back to the specified address. For print-on-demand items produced by Printful, special conditions apply—these returns are processed directly by Printful.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service to make changes or to cancel. For Printful orders, cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. Additional payment methods may vary depending on your market.
